It's ~can~ be in bad taste to share possibly ~unfinished works~, but I need to let you know I'm updating my etsy shop soon! There will be more!!!
Enjoy this amazing scene, especially the tree and the synth meows. Oh, Chantal Goya

"..wears a dollop of meringue on her head.."
Maggie Lee, known for her photography, zines, video salads, frequent write ups on the Urban Outfitters blog, and more, wrote a blog post about my work that I can compare to the way I feel when diving into a blueberry napoleon from Fortunato Brothers in Brooklyn.

7th cosmic cake heaven
This is my 7th cosmic cake heaven drawing of my series entitled "Shuttle Cakes" from 2008-2010, and now 2012. This was finished just last week. I have been lovingly laying out my zine, "Shuttle Cakes" since then.
Also, I am working on the branding for a friend's online store! Yessss.

dark cloud is part of the painting
compatible with Firefox & Safari (other browsers?). Not so much with Google Chrome, as some of the marquees don't work.

note : I don't think you can see the marquee element in action in your blog reader. Compatible with Firefox (best) & Safari (other browsers?). Not so much with Google Chrome, as some of the marquees don't work.

I've been spending time with a couple of my favourite html elements - the marquee and the table. Above is a virtual painting of their lovely coexistence. The ♥ symbol is now included in the Oxford English Dictionary. I guess I'm into that. The dark floating cloud at the bottom is a secret.
Marquee de belle is a marquee gallery blog, started in 2008, representing all of my works in marquee. Also featured is one of the early sketches for the above painting.

Seriously though, I am excited to get this project done already, and that first image is inspiring.
edit: In addition to multiple Saturns, I just found another work with a skull & Saturn, on a blanket, by Peter Sutherland.
